These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the legally binding contract between you and winpkr governing your access to and use of the winpkr platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, promotional offers, and payment features. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be under any legal incapacity, guardianship, or court order that restricts your ability to engage in financial transactions or enter into legal agreements.
Access to and use of the winpkr Platform is your sole responsibility in relation to the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that your access to the Platform does not violate any laws applicable to you. winpkr reserves the right to restrict or block access from certain territories at its absolute discretion.
winpkr employs automated age-detection systems and manual CNIC verification processes. Submission of fraudulent identity documents is a serious offence under winpkr's terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) winpkr Account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identity details, phone numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. winpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all accounts associated with a single individual found to be in breach of this rule, and to forfeit any balances held across those accounts.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. winpkr is not liable for any losses arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated account information, including errors in withdrawal destination details (e.g., an incorrect JazzCash or EasyPaisa account number) supplied by the User.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpkr login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. winpkr support staff will never ask for your full password. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to winpkr immediately via live chat or email. winpkr will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
winpkr Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise deal in your Account or any Account balance, bonus, reward points, or other entitlements associated with your Account. Any attempted transfer will render the relevant Account subject to immediate closure.
winpkr currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment channel and are displayed within the Account wallet section of the Platform. winpkr reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue accepted payment methods at any time.
All deposits to winpkr must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. winpkr does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Real Money Balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) business hour on standard banking days. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation, typically within five to ten minutes.
Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to processing. winpkr targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes or less for verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. winpkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request at its absolute discretion, which may extend processing timelines.
All PKR (Pakistani Rupee) balances are displayed in your account in PKR. USDT deposits are converted to a PKR-equivalent credit at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. winpkr is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal where cryptocurrency is involved.
winpkr may withhold withdrawal processing for any account under active investigation for fraud, duplicate account usage, bonus abuse, or any other suspected breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of that investigation.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the winpkr Platform — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards — are subject to this Agreement and to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Bonus Balance funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Balance play are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal may be processed from the associated balance. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are displayed clearly before a User accepts any bonus offer. winpkr calculates wagering progress based on settled bets on qualifying games only; certain game categories (including some live casino tables and sportsbook markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward bonus wagering — this information is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
Unless otherwise specified, each promotional offer is available to each eligible winpkr account holder one time only. Duplicate accounts created to claim the same promotion multiple times constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potentially the closure of all related accounts.
winpkr reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any active bonus already accepted and in progress by a User at the time of withdrawal. winpkr also reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its absolute discretion, that a User has engaged in abuse of the winpkr promotional system.
Each casino game available on the winpkr Platform operates according to the rules displayed within that game's interface and, where applicable, the rules of the third-party game provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi). In the event of a discrepancy between a game result and a User's expectation, the result recorded on winpkr's server-side game logs shall be definitive and final.
All sports betting markets are offered in accordance with winpkr's standard sportsbook rules, which govern bet acceptance, settlement, void conditions, and in-play betting restrictions. Bets on cricket markets — including PSL, international bilateral series, and ICC tournaments — are settled in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or walkover, the applicable void and settlement rules specified in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform shall apply.
winpkr takes all reasonable measures to ensure continuous and accurate Platform operation. In the event of a technical malfunction during any game or bet that materially affects the outcome, winpkr reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and refund the applicable stake to the User's Real Money Balance. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error or malfunction are not eligible for withdrawal and may be reclaimed by winpkr.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all winpkr casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets. winpkr reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account if the Platform's monitoring systems detect patterns of play consistent with problem gambling behaviour, without requiring a specific request from the User. winpkr may reach out proactively to Users displaying such patterns.
All content on the winpkr Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and the winpkr name and brand identity — is the exclusive property of winpkr or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from any winpkr Platform content without prior written authorisation from winpkr.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winpkr's total liability to any User in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real Money deposits made by that User to their winpkr Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or query relating to your winpkr Account or the Platform, you should contact winpkr's customer support team in the first instance via the live chat function on the Platform or by email to [email protected]. winpkr will acknowledge all formal written complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winpkr holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the complaint process described in Clause 12.1.
All disputes concerning the settlement of casino game rounds or sports betting markets must be raised with winpkr support within fourteen (14) calendar days of the relevant event. winpkr's server-side transaction logs and game records are the definitive source of truth in all such disputes. winpkr's determination of such disputes, made in good faith based on available records, shall be final and binding.
You may request voluntary closure of your winpkr Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations. Bonus Balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
winpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that:

winpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where winpkr makes material changes to these Terms, registered Users will be notified via a Platform notification and/or email to the registered address on the Account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the winpkr Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1. winpkr recommends that all Users review these Terms periodically.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions is Version 3.2, effective as of January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions of the winpkr Terms and Conditions.
